Kilos émotionnels : La ménopause ne fait pas le poids

La ménopause est une période propice à la prise de poids et aux rondeurs au niveau des hanches et du ventre. La prise de poids normale durant cette période est d’environ 3 kilos. Parfois, les kilos s’accumulent. L’équilibre nutritionnel et le sport peuvent aider à contrôler le poids et les bouffées de chaleur. Le travail sur les émotions est également très important.

La pré-ménopause et la ménopause sont des moments de remise en question : qui suis-je, quels sont mes désirs, que veux-je pour cette seconde partie de ma vie ?

Les deuils non faits de notre vie d’enfant et d’adulte peuvent aggraver la perception de cette période. Ils créent un environnement anxiogène qui contribue à la prise de poids et aux dérèglements.

Prendre soin de soi, manger en pleine conscience, bouger et soigner ses émotions sont les clés de la sérénité. Une étude américaine publiée par la North American Menopause Society (NAMS) montre que faire de l’exercice  permettrait de réduire leur poids et la fréquence des bouffées de chaleur.k

Si dans votre enfance, la petite a été négligée, rejetée, humiliée, etc, elle va  prendre l’habitude de s’identifier à la seule étiquette que les adultes lui ont collé. elle s’enferme dans la prison d’attitudes mentales tristes et restrictives. 

Avec le temps, ce comportement  s’autorenforce et viendra impacter votre vie d’adulte. Les blocages de votre enfant intérieur vont réduire la capacité de l’adulte à avoir une vision positive de la vie.  Ils réduisent votre capacité à s’autoriser à être dans la joie et la créativité de vos projets.
