Le saviez-vous : Le surpoids est souvent lié aux kilos émotionnels. 

Depuis  le XX siècle, le surpoids n’a eu que cette étiquette malveillante. Le surpoids, les modifications de la silhouette ont été attribués à un manque de contrôle de l’assiette et à un excès de paresse sans oublier le manque de volonté. C’est que très récemment que nous relions le surpoids aux kilos émotionnels. 

Les personnes qui rencontrent des problèmes avec leur poids et leur silhouette sont des personnes courageuses. De voir apporter ce poids, les conséquences physiques et émotionnels qui engendrent et supportaient les critiques de la société.

Et si aujourd’hui nous mettions de nouvelles perspectives en lumière, les kilos émotionnels.

Le Cerveau Emotionnel a été largement occulté dans le surpoids. Ce qui compte le plus pour notre cerveau, c’est sa propre survie.  Si le poids peut l’aider à se sentir en sécurité même si cela crée des désordres organiques alors le cerveau choisira toujours l’option la plus positif pour lui à court terme. 

Le stress, l’anxiété, les experiences négatives du passé influencent le métabolisme et le comportement alimentaire. Nous allons revisiter ensemble ces emotions pour mieux les comprendre et quelques astuces pour mieux gérer.
