Les kilos émotionnels sont une réalité qui touche de nombreuses personnes. Ils peuvent être causés par des blessures de l’enfance, des traumatismes ou simplement par une accumulation de stress.  Au fil du temps, ces kilos émotionnels peuvent s’installer dans notre vie sans que nous nous en rendions compte. Ils peuvent affecter notre poids, notre vitalité mentale, et même notre estime de soi.

Souvent, pour améliorer notre souci des kilos émotionnels, il faut retourner dans notre passé.  Il va être important de réparer nos blessures d’enfance. Nous avons tous des blessures qui peuvent continuer à nous affecter dans le présent. Si nous ne prenons pas le temps de guérir ces blessures, elles peuvent se manifester sous forme de comportements alimentaires malsains.

 

Bienveillance et Amour de soi

La bienveillance et l’amour de soi sont les premières pistes pour surmonter les kilos émotionnels. Cela signifie prendre soin de soi, être à l’écoute de ses émotions et les reconnaître comme des signaux d’alarme importants. Les émotions permettent de connaître nos limites et préserver notre intégrité. Il est important de ne pas nier ces émotions mais plutôt de prendre le temps de les comprendre et de les accepter.

 

Il est souvent dit d’arrêter de manger ses émotions, mais cela n’est pas toujours facile à faire. Les émotions ne s’arrêtent jamais, au contraire, elles sont un aspect essentiel de notre vie et de notre bien-être. Nier nos émotions, c’est s’oublier.

Prendre soin de notre partie blessée de nous-mêmes est le meilleur moyen de se mettre en paix avec sa silhouette, de l’aider à se moduler et d’affirmer notre vraie personnalité. En prenant soin de nous-mêmes, nous pouvons être plus en phase avec nos choix de vie et nous libérer des kilos émotionnels qui nous pèsent.
