Le diversité Corporelle l'élément clé d'une bonne estime de soi-même

La pression sociale autour de l‘apparence physique peut causer des dommages importants aux personnes qui ne correspondent pas à la norme du poids.

Cette norme arbitraire met souvent l’accent sur l’aspect extérieur plutôt que sur les qualités et les compétences de chacun. Cela peut conduire à la stigmatisation et à la discrimination envers les personnes qui ne répondent pas à ces critères.  Même  si elles ont des talents et des compétences exceptionnelles.

Il est crucial de dénoncer cette norme sociale du poids.  Elle peut avoir des conséquences négatives sur la santé physique et mentale de ceux qui en sont victimes.

En encourageant la diversité corporelle, nous pouvons créer un environnement plus bienveillant pour tous.

Il est important de souligner que la norme du poids n’est pas basée sur des critères réalistes ou respectueux des différences individuelles. La diversité corporelle est une réalité naturelle et doit être respectée.

Avant de juger une personne sur son apparence physique, il est essentiel de connaître son histoire personnelle.

Le choix de perdre du poids ne devrait jamais être motivé par le regard des autres ou par la pression sociale. Mais plutôt par le bien-être et l’épanouissement personnel.

En dénonçant la norme sociale du poids, nous pouvons créer un environnement plus juste et bienveillant pour tous, permettant à tous les talents de s’exprimer sans discrimination basée sur l’apparence physique
